EVIL SPIRITS RULE TODAY’S WORLD
“Then the people began to multiply on the earth, and daughters were born to them. 2 The sons of YAH (Watchers) saw the beautiful women and took any they wanted as their wives. 3 Then YHWH said, “My Spirit will not put up with humans for such a long time, for they are only mortal flesh. In the future, their normal lifespan will be no more than 120 years.” 4 In those days, and for some time after, giant Nephilites [Nephilim, i.e. sons of the Watchers] lived on the earth, for whenever the sons of YAH had intercourse with women, they gave birth to children who became the heroes and famous warriors [giants] of ancient times. 5 YHWH observed the extent of human wickedness on the earth, and he saw that everything they thought or imagined was consistently and totally evil. 6 So YHWH was sorry he had ever made them and put them on the earth. It broke his heart. 7 And YHWH said, “I will wipe this human race I have created from the face of the earth. Yes, and I will destroy every living thing—all the people, the large animals, the small animals that scurry along the ground, and even the birds of the sky. I am sorry I ever made them.” 8 But Noah found favour with YHWH.” Genesis 6:1-8
THE EVIL SPIRITS IN THE WORLD
The world we live in today is ruled by evil ones (evil spirits and wicked humans). Many people live in ignorance. They don’t understand their world. They don’t know the mess they are in. Indeed, they don’t know who their rulers are. Who are these evil ones? According to the Book of the Covenant (BOC), the evil ones are evil spirits and underworld forces. Apostle Shaul reveals who these evil powers are. He disclosed that they fight humanity. “For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places. Unfortunately, rebellious human elements joined them in doing wickedness. The evil spirits use wicked people to achieve their wicked goals in today’s world. They oppose the Word of YHWH. They work contrary to the Word of the Covenant, which anyone who must be saved should keep (Exodus 19:5). They hate YHWH and His Son, YAHSHUA. They hate those who love YHWH and YAHSHUA. These evil ones (evil spirits) are begotten by the fallen angels, the Watchers who, in the time past, rebelled against YHWH by having carnal knowledge with daughters of men. The Watchers produced children called Giants (Nephilim) whom YHWH destroyed during the flood, but their spirits did not die (Genesis Chapter 6:1-4; Enoch Chapter 15). To keep the earth from their destruction, YHWH imprisoned the fallen angels till the days of judgment. As Noah escaped the evil and corruption of his days, so anyone who follows YHWH’s instructions will escape the wrath and judgment that will soon befall the children of disobedience in this world. Besides, those who obey YHWH are empowered to overcome them through the living Word of YHWH. YHWH called Noah a just man because he obeyed Him (Gen. 6:8). Are you ready to obey YHWH your Father as Noah did?
THE EVIL SPIRITS GIVEN POWERS OVER MANKIND
Notice that after the flood, the children of the Watchers perished, but their spirits did not die. Indeed, they still live on earth. These spirits seek bodies they can work with. They find disobedient humans an easy tool to use for their havoc. So, they invade human bodies, minds, and thoughts to cause wickedness. Enoch, the set-apart man of old who saw tomorrow, wrote that these evil spirits are today oppressors of humanity in their world.
“The evil spirits abode on earth, seeking to afflict, oppress, destroy, attack, do battle, and work destruction on the earth, and cause trouble. These evil spirits shall rise up against the children of men and against the women, because they have proceeded from them” (Enoch 15:11-12).
This is exactly what’s going on today, and it’s getting worse!
YHWH imprisoned their parents till in these latter days, when they and the wicked men and women (i.e. those who refuse to obey YHWH) will be judged. It’s based on this privileged information from Yahshua, the Prophets and the Apostles, and their teachings and admonitions, that we are told how to overcome these evil spirits. If anyone fails to heed the Word of YHWH, that individual will perish and miss out on eternal life. Disobedient people have no power to overcome these evil spirits, who have power to attack and overcome them. In the world today, these evil spirits are getting restive, restless, wicked, because they know that their days of judgment are numbered and very close, and they must do everything possible to take over the world. These forces are committed to indoctrinating the Scriptures so that they can truncate the Covenant; twist it to fit their plans. This is exactly what they did to the Bible through their human agents. They want humans on their side of disobedience; they want mankind to reason with them; they want everyone to disobey YHWH so that truth and righteousness will NEVER be enthroned on the earth. Their major worry is that YAHSHUA is about to return to establish TRUTH and RIGHTEOUSNESS on earth, and He will eliminate them. The people of YHWH should understand that the elimination of truth and righteousness is one of the major assignments of these fallen entities. As you read this article, having knowledge of this truth, it becomes easier for you to return to YAHSHUA, who leads everyone back to the FATHER, through the workings of His SPIRIT (John 6:37,44,65; John 14:6; see Gal. 5:22-23).
YAHSHUA THE ANTIDOTE OF EVIL POWERS
The evil spirits and disobedient mankind work together. The evil spirits have powers to subdue people who walk away from the Word of YHWH and His Truth. The BOC calls them ‘wicked’ people. In today’s world, there are many of them as pastors, priests, kings, globalists, and the wealthy. They rule in absolute wickedness. The only antidote to overcome them is to know the FATHER through the Son, and to keep His Torah (Word, instructions, commandments). YHWH’s Torah is made flesh in YAHSHUA. YAHSHUA is the fullness of YAH’s Word, who is given the power and authority to give those who believe in Him eternal life, and to bring them into YHWH’s Kingdom. He gives the overcomers power over the evil spirits and their agents. He is the antidote to whatever is called evil. YHWH forewarns that those who reject Him and worship the spirits called ‘Gods’ shall perish (Deut. 8:19-20; 2 Cor. 4:4). YAHSHUA advise that the only way for one to escape the trouble of these forces and the coming judgement is to REPENT AND SEEK THE KINGDOM OF YHWH AND HIS RIGHTKEOUSNESS; ALSO, WATCH AND PRAY (Mark 1:15; Matt. 6:33; Luke 21:36). YAHSHUA also advised that to have life one must eat His flesh and drink His blood, i.e. the Word of YHWH, else the individual will not see life (John 6:53-56,63; Matt. 26:26-28).
THE EVIL SPIRITS WORK WITH HUMAN AGENTS
Following the sins in the life of rebellious people, the evil spirits seek disobedient people to work with so that they can have the opportunity to reach out to people of YHWH to destroy them. But those who remain steadfast in YAHSHUA will never be touched. These evil spirits are behind the execution of violence, evil, and wickedness at work in the world today. They work with human elements, even those close to them, such as relatives, friends, colleagues, and leaders, whom they may think are ‘good.’ They indeed cause harm. These evil spirits and their human agents are in religious bodies, assemblies, churches, mosques, synagogues, and shrines as leaders. Moreover, most are the political rulers of this unrighteous world. They govern communities, towns, cities, states, countries, and the world at large in unrighteousness. Many of them aspire to be voted into power, where they have the authority to rule and control their fellow mankind in wickedness. In these latter days, the evil human leaders are becoming more brutal because they rule by the instructions of these fallen spirits that control them. Again, all those who do not live and obey YHWH’s commandments have lost YAH’s love; they are far away from His truth, and as a result, they become an easy target of these demons and devils to do wickedness.
REPENT AND RETURN TO YAHWEH BEFORE THE JUDGEMENT
The only way to overcome them and the coming judgment is to repent and return to YAHSHUA, and to believe in Him and in the Word of the Father, which He taught (see Ephesians 6:10-18). Apostle John knew this, and wrote the following in His Epistles that we may learn, repent and return to the FATHER.
“Everyone who believes that Yahshua is HaMashiach has become a child of YHWH. And everyone who loves the Father loves His children, too. We know we love YAH’s children if we love YAH and obey His commandments. Loving YHWH means keeping His commandments, and His commandments are not burdensome. For every child of YAH defeats this evil world, and we achieve this victory through our faith (in Yahshua). And who can win this battle against the world? Only those who believe that YAHSHUA is the Son of YHWH” (1 John 5:1-5).
“And this is what YHWH has testified: He has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. Whoever has the Son (Yahshua, not “Jesus”) has life; whoever does not have YHWH’s Son does not have life. I have written this to you who believe in the Name of the Son of YHWH, so that you may know you have eternal life. And we are confident that He hears us whenever we ask for anything that pleases Him. And since we know He hears us when we make our requests, we also know that He will give us what we ask for” (vs 1 John 5:11-15.
“We know that YHWH’s children do not make a practice of sinning, for YHWH’s Son holds them securely, and the evil one cannot touch them. We know that we are children of YHWH and that the world around us is under the control of the evil one.” (vs. 18-19)
“And we know that the Son of YHWH has come, and he has given us understanding so that we can know the true YHWH. And now we live in fellowship with the true YHWH because we live in fellowship with His Son, YAHSHUA Mashiach. He is the only true YAH, and He is eternal life” (vs.18-19).
“Dear children, keep away from anything that might take YHWH’s place in your hearts” (i.e. idols). (vs. 1 John 5:20-21
THE EVIL SPIRITS WORK IN THE MINDS OF THE DISOBEDIENT
The BOC provides an answer on how to defeat evil spirits and overcome them, including the judgment that will befall the children of disobedience who today do evil works (see Enoch 15; Ephesians 6:10-18, etc). Many of those who work with the evil spirits do not know that they are agent. How? The humans does not see them with their naked eyes; the humans not acquainted with the work of YAH do unrighteous works that bear fruits of evil; they follow the desires of their own sinful nature, the results are very clear: sexual immorality, impurity, lustful pleasures, idolatry, sorcery, hostility, quarrelling, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish ambition, dissension, division, envy, drunkenness, wild parties, and other sins like these (Galatians 5:1921; also see 2 Tim. 3;1-5).
The forces of darkness go after the people found in all these ways of wickedness. Any person available to them can be used; it doesn’t matter if he is called a pastor, apostle, prophet, teacher, imam, clergy, priest, philosopher, doctor, educationist, etc. It really does not matter what the individual may claim to be. If the person does not get himself or herself rooted in the Word of YHWH, which is YAHSHUA, the person will fall away from the truth and righteousness of YHWH. Such people will not know the truth, nor abide in the truth, but will argue against the truth because the wiles of the devil are upon them. The individual is bound to work against the WILL of YHWH. The spiritual wickedness easily enters their hearts to keep them away from YHWH’s instructions and truth. For this reason, quarrel, anger, provocation and attack on fellow human beings are rampant today. These fallen spirits easily gain access to the minds of those who do not strictly obey the Word because the Word is not rooted in their hearts. They are careless in keeping the Words of the Covenant, particularly when they are not covered by the BLOOD and FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT OF YAHSHUA, and are not guided by the angels or messengers of YHWH given to minister to the saints, i.e. believers and covenant-keepers.
Those whom these evil spirits cannot touch are the people of YAH who put everything of theirs in YAHSHUA, and the Spirit of YHWH works in them.
Apostle Shaul wrote:
“Those who belong to YAHSHUA HaMashiach have nailed the passions and desires of their sinful nature to His stake and crucified them there. Since we are living by the Spirit, let us follow the SPIRIT’s leading in every part of our lives. Let us not become conceited, or provoke one another, or be jealous of one another.” Galatians 5:24-26
Once again, those whom the forces of darkness cannot overcome are those who receive the SPIRIT OF YAHSHUA in baptising unto His Name, and the Spirit bears His fruit of righteousness in them. It is only the Set-Apart Spirit of YAHSHUA that produces the fruit that outwits or overcomes the evil spirits.
Apostle Shaul wrote:
“But the Set-Apart Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives (i.e. believers’ lives): love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things!” Galatians 5:22-23.
This means that only the fruit-bearing righteousness mentioned above, which are the characteristics of YAHSHUA, have the power to set one free from sin, devils, evil spirits, demons, all kinds of wickedness; and without these goodly fruits, which enable one to obey the law, no one can be free from the forces of darkness.

- Do you know YAHSHUA, who gives the covenant-keepers (saints) the power to bear the fruits of righteousness, which the devils hate?
- Do you know the FATHER, YHWH, who called you to life and gave you YAHSHUA to guide you into all truths and righteousness, and bring you back to the Kingdom?
- Do you want to overcome the evil spirits that are in control of the world today?
- Do you want to escape YHWH’s coming wrath and judgement that will be meted out against the children of disobedience?
